Peter Booker — Founder
Peter Booker founded Alton Property Team with a clear vision: to create a smoother, more joined-up way of moving home.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2014, Peter has spent his career specialising in property law. That experience gives him a strong understanding of how transactions work behind the scenes, helping clients benefit from practical advice, clearer communication and a more efficient process from start to finish.
Peter created Alton Property Team to bring estate agency and legal expertise together under one roof, with the aim of reducing delays, avoiding unnecessary stress and giving clients a better moving experience.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and can often be found out walking Cooper. Friendly, approachable and straightforward, he takes pride in giving honest advice and helping clients move with confidence.

Bruna understands that moving home is not just a transaction, it is a personal journey shaped by individual needs, priorities and plans.
With more than twenty years of experience in the property industry, Bruna brings calm, knowledge and a thoughtful approach to every client interaction. She is proud to be part of a family-run business that values integrity, dedication and genuine local service.
Outside of work, Bruna enjoys long walks with her rescue dog Marley, exploring the UK and spending time with family and friends.
